More exciting news…

So after attending the Fashion Network (North-East) first inaugural meeting this evening, I am pleased to announce that the Designers Marketplace will be hosting a stand to the Fashion Network for all of you creatives to come on down and chat it up with like minded people. Helping to build on the idea of a support network for regional designers, artists, start-up businesses…anything relating, and perhaps gain a few useful contacts. Be sure to introduce yourselves.

More exciting stall holders have been clarified today:

TS Photo - A group of students in their final year at CCAD studying a BA in Photography.
Art Fans - Paul Neighbour introducing his collection of large pop art/abstract canvases.
Sisters Wardrobe - Two BA Hons graduates in Fashion Enterprise, presenting their collection of de-constructed/ re-constructed womenswear currently being sold in Psyche department store.
Kathryn Wightman - Contemporary blown and fused glass jewellery range, marketed under the name of Kitty Designs.
Senor Picklesworth, Newcastle - Handmade gifts, Accessories and custom design service.

There are still spaces left for stall holders so keep spreading the word!
